Mirror Mirror Please Tell Me

Being beautiful, becoming more beautiful and staying beautiful is every women’s dream. Because of this, mirror mirror on the wall, you are my best friend of them all. Just like every women in the world, the love for beauty is my 1st priority in life. I cannot live without having a mirror in my life.

Am I looking alright with this outfit today?

From the mirror, I can find my confidence

From the mirror, I can find my flaws and correct them

But There were 3 incidents in my life that change my view of the mirror.

First incident, I started falling in love with a man. His name is James Bond.

James Bond is a man with character and principle. Every word he said is like a famous quote engraved on the wall of fame.

He said , the women he love is the women with inner beauty

What does he mean by inner beauty? Our personality our character. I suppose that is what he mean.

What is my inner beauty ?

The mirror can only show me what the eyes can see. My Exterior beauty and not my inner beauty.

2nd incident, I visited a new museum in my hometown. On the wall of a museum, I found a beautiful picture of large flower fields. Below the picture, there was a paragraph that read,

“People who are filled with love will live in a world full of love. People who are filled with hatred will live in a world full of hatred. Every person that you meet is your mirror”.

This sentence makes me realize that there is another mirror in our life. That is our friends and best friends that we hang out with everyday. They are the mirror of our personality and behavior. Through them, we can see ourselves. And this mirror is a valuable mirror to have. If we want to have a great inner beauty, it has to start from ourselves. A kind hearted girl will be surrounded by kind hearted friends. The invisible mirror is everywhere in our lives.

The 3rd incident, my mom told me about my grandmother’s youngest sister. At 17, she was the most beautiful girl in her school. My grandma said, she was not only the most beautiful but the most popular girl in school. What makes her popular? She help every single person that comes to her. The one story of her benevolent act that stays till today is her story of paying the medical bills of her friend’s sister by raising money from a part time job she worked everyday after school. She worked as a ticket seller at a theatre. I decided right then that I have got to see her. She has both inner beauty and exterior beauty. When we arrived at her home, she was busy entertaining a group of friends. After waiting for almost an hour, I decided to enter the room and I met a group of 7 womens in one table. Just one look, I knew she is my aunt Elly. When we met her, her exterior beauty was no longer with her, but it was her inner beauty that makes me realize she is who she is. Surrounded with many friends at the age of 70. The only thing that people will remember you for, is your behavior, your actions and your personality.

These three incidents has made me realize the mirror mirror on the wall cant compare to the mirror mirror i met in my life. Through the mirror I met in my life, that is, through my friends, I can find my inner beauty. inner beauty is what a man would love you for. Inner beauty is ever lasting. To attract the right mirror, it starts from you having a good personality and behavior. Today I can stand in front of you and give a speech, Because of you my Mirror. Mirror Mirror please tell me.
